摘要
提出一种船用螺旋桨多轴铣削加工的几何-力学集成仿真模型,在OpenGL的环境下,对船用螺旋桨进行铣削加工几何仿真,然后将几何仿真得到的几何参数导入铣削力和颤振稳定性模型中,得到铣削力和颤振稳定性仿真结果,并运用Visual C++和Matlab等软件混合编程技术开发了相应的仿真系统。
Multi - axis milling geometry - me- chanical integrated simulation model of marine pro- peller is put forward, milling geometry simulation of marine propeller is conducted in OpenGL, then the geometric parameters of geometric simulation is imported into the cutting force and flutter stabil- ity model, finally the simulation results of milling forces and the flutter stability is given,and the cor- respondirig simulation system is developed by using Visual C ++ and Matlab mixed - programming techniques.
