Species identification and distribution of root-knot nematode in Gansu province

摘要 于2010—2012年对甘肃省各蔬菜产区根结线虫种类采用传统会阴花纹切片和同工酶两种方法进行鉴定。结果发现:甘肃省蔬菜根结线虫主要有两种,分别为南方根结线虫(Meloidgyne incognita)和爪哇根结线虫(Meloidgyne java),其中南方根结线虫为优势种。根结线虫主要分布于兰州市、白银市、陇南市、武威市、庆阳市、平凉市和天水市。 This test used the traditional perineum pattern section and isozyme to identify the species of the vegetable's root-knot nematode in Gansu province. Authors found that there were two kinds of nematode, the one was south root-knot nematode(Meloidgyne. incognita), and the other was java nematode (M. java), the south root-knot nematode was dominant species. Root-knot nematode was mainly distributed in Lanzhou city, Baiyin city, Longnan city, Wuwei city, Qingyang city, Pingliang city and Tianshui city.
