摘要
目的研究采用中医手段治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取2011年9月．2012年5月80例慢性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象，将患者根据治疗方法不同分成两组，即观察组（45例）和对照组（35例）。其中对照组给予常规西医治疗，而观察组给予中医治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果通过采用不同治疗方法，对照组总有效率为65．7％，治愈率仅为34-3％；观察组总有效率为91．1％，治愈率达60．0％。观察组总有效率明显优于对照组，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论针对慢性胆囊炎疾病采用中医治疗方法，取得较满意的临床治疗效果，并且治疗后不良反应发生率低，治疗手段可靠、安全。
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic eholecystitis. Methods Eighty cases with chronic cholecystitis from September 2011 to May 2012 were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, namely the observation group （45 cases） and the control group （35 cases）. The patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment, while the patients in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The therapeutic effect of patients in two groups were compared. Results By adopting different treatment methods, the total effective rate of the control group was 65.7%, the cure rate was only 34.3%; The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.1%, the cure rate was 60.0%. The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic eholecystitis.has satisfactory clinical effect, and low incidence of adverse reactions after the treatment, and is reliable and safe.
