摘要
目的对胰岛素注射剂的可见异物进行分析。方法采用目检法、红外光谱法及元素分析法对胰岛素注射液中的可见异物的外观及结构进行分析。探讨药物本身和所用包装材料中存在的问题。结果胰岛素注射液在储存、运输和使用中常常又会出现少量的类白色的肉眼可视的异物。结论目前国内的注射剂内包装材料的稳定需要升级,推荐使用个性化包装材料。
Objective The visihle particles in insulin injection were analyzed. Methods Visual inspection method, infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis method were used to analyze the appearance and structure of visible particles in insulin injection.The problems of drug itself and the packaging materials were investigated. Results Some visible white particles in insulin injection would appear during storage, transport and use. Conclusion The inner packaging material of injection needs to be upgraded and personalized packaging materials are recommended.
