摘要
随着基础教育改革的深入推进,中小学校面临着前所未有的挑战。迎接挑战就必须努力实现学校的科学发展,切实推进"新"学校建设,使学校处于不断变革与发展之中,这是学校发展的永恒主题。"新"学校指的就是创新之中的学校,发展之中的学校,与时俱进的学校,特色鲜明的学校。从整体上说,"新"学校建设必须坚持整体构建、重点突破、循序渐进、特色发展、创新发展、可持续发展等基本原则。"新"学校建设的基本策略主要包括打造"新"校园、培养"新"教师、创建"新"课堂、开发"新"课程、打造"新"文化、创生"新"管理等诸多方面。
With the in depth advancing of the basic education reform, primary and secondary schools face unprecedented challenges. Schools have to promote its scientific development to meet these challenges,and to boost ＂vibrant＂ school construction so as to maintain its con tinuons development and reform which is the eternal theme. ＂vibrant＂ school means school focusing on innovation, development, advancement, and distinction. On the whole, the construction of vibrant school needs to adhere to the basic principles of integrative construction, achieving breakthroughs, as well as step by step and sustainable development with its own characteristics. And the basic strategies of vibrant school construction include： creating ＂vibrant＂ campus, cultivating ＂vibrant＂ teachers, establishing ＂vibrant＂ class, exploring ＂vibrant＂ curriculum, forin ＂vibrant＂ culture and creatln ＂vibrant＂ management.
