在已稀雌酚作用下,当剂量达到每克体重15.9微克时,20日龄雏鸭输卵管的长度、宽度明显大于未经处理的对照组。蛋白分泌部的管壁及粘膜层明显增厚。嵴的数量增多、高度增大。超微结构观察表明:粘膜上皮细胞及各种细胞器发育良好。管腺发达且出现了与产卵鸭输卵管蛋白分泌部明显相似的A、B、D三种类型的腺细胞。第四种C型细胞不够典型也较为少见。20日龄对照组雏鸭输卵管观察结果与实验组完全不同。
The ultrastructure changes occurring during hormone—induced cytodifferentiation of the ovalbumine—secreting glands in the 20 day—old Peking Duck oviduct have been studied. Ultrastructually. The surface epithelial cells of the 20 dayold immuture oviduct mucosa are characterized by electron-opaque hyaloplasm with abundant dispersed ribsomrs. Rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum is sparse and occurs only in short profiles, the Golgi apparatus is not conspicuoua, and there are few mitochodria. Short, irregularly spaced microvilli occur at the suface of immature oviduct epithelial cells. A very thin basement lamina separates the surface epithelium from stroma. After the estrogen administration. The cells of the surface epithelium which apparntly differentiate into ciliated cells and granule—secreting glands. The morphological evidence of secreting granule fomation appears after estrogen adminitrotion. The tubular gland of magnum consists of four basic cells types (Type A. Type B. Type C and Type D cell) as well as the oviduct of the laying period. The lumina of the glands are filled with albuminous secretion.
