摘要
对不同移动时间下的板料水淬情况进行分析。针对加热温度、保温时间及移动时间3种工艺参数进行三因素四水平正交试验,并将得到的制件加工成标准样板。通过对抗拉强度、硬度及伸长率的测定对结果进行极差分析,得出合理的工艺参数。
