摘要
对MEMS集成三轴陀螺和加速度计传感器进行了分析、研究,设计了低成本MIMU系统,并对采集数据进行建模分析与Kalman滤波处理。实验测试结果表明,以MPU-3000和ADXL345器件设计的低成本惯性测量单元原理简单,输出数据经滤波后满足民用级精度要求。
Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems gyroscope and accelerometer were analyzed and researched, and the low cost MIMU system was designed. Then the sampled data were filtered by Kalman filter after modeling. The test results illustrate the MIMU system constructed by MPU-300 and ADXL345 is simple, reliable, and the precision satisfies the civilian demands.
