淮河流域一次暴雨过程的成因分析 被引量:5

摘要 2010年6月7—10日安徽省淮河流域自西向东出现强降水,并伴有6~7级的短时阵风,当时正值小麦收获时期,致使小麦大面积倒伏,增加了收割难度,造成小麦减产等经济损失。本研究利用常规观测资料、NCEP每日4次的再分析资料,从环流背景、水汽条件、动力条件等方面进行分析,总结此次暴雨过程的成因。分析结果发现:此次过程的影响系统主要受东北地区高压脊的阻挡作用,低涡切变在安徽淮河流域维持时间较长;暴雨区水汽能量位于高湿区前部;低空辐合和高空辐散的抽气作用使得水汽在淮河流域上空垂直上升;西南急流将暖湿空气源源不断地输送到暴雨区上空,为暴雨的产生提供源源不断的水汽条件,也使得大气不稳定度加大。 On 7 -10 June 2010, a severe, east-traveling rain took place in the Huaihe River basin in Anhui province, which was accompanied by short-lived gusts of Force 6 -7 on the Beauford scale. As it happened at a time of wheat harvest, the weather felled the wheat over extended area, and made it more dif- ficult to collect and reduced the yield, among other economic losses. With conventional observations and four-times-daily NCEP reanalysis, this work summarized the causation of this heavy rain by studying the cir- culation background, water vapor and dynamic conditions. As shown in the result, the blocking effect of a high ridge in Northeast China caused a low-vortex shear to stay relatively long over the Anhui part of the Huaihe River basin, the water-vapor energy for the hard rain was in the front of a high-humidity area, the sucking effect of low-level convergence versus high-level divergence pushed the water vapor to ascend over the basin, and a southwest jet stream constantly transported warm and humid air to the area of heavy rain to maintain the condition of water vapor and increase the atmospheric instability.
