摘要
为罗甸小米核桃栽培措施改进及喀斯特环境脆弱生态系统的植被恢复提供理论依据,通过对盆栽罗甸小米核桃设置不同土壤水分胁迫处理,Li-6400便携式光合仪测定小米核桃一年生苗叶片蒸腾、光合生理特性及其日变化过程,研究水分胁迫对罗甸小米核桃光合与蒸腾作用的影响。结果表明:罗甸小米核桃净光合速率日变化为明显的双峰曲线,中午有明显的"午休"现象。罗甸小米核桃在不同水分胁迫下其蒸腾速率日变化趋势基本一致;在正常水分(100%±5%)和轻度水分(80%±5%)胁迫下的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均接近,水分利用率约相等;在中度水分(60%±5%)和重度水分(40%±5%)胁迫下其多数指标低于正常水分处理。说明,罗甸小米核桃在幼苗期耐轻度水分胁迫。
The characteristics and diurnal variation of leaf photosynthetic and transpiration of J.regia seedlings with one-year old were determined by Li-6400 photosyntometer under different water stress to study the effects of water stress on leaf photosynthesis and transpiration of J.regia seedlings and to provide the theoretical basis for its cultivation measures improvement and revegetation of weak ecosystem environment in karst area.The results showed that the Pn diurnal variation presented an obvious doublepeak curve with "midday rest" phenomenon around noon and the Tr variation trend of J.regia seedlings was the same basically under different water stress.There was no significant difference in Pn,Tr,Cond and WUE between normal water (100% ±5%) and mild water stress (80% ±5%) treatments and the most correlation physiological indexes of J.regia seedlings under moderate water stress (60 % ±5 %)and severe water stress (40%± 5%)were lower than under the normal water stress (100%±5%).In conclusion,J.regia seedlings can grow normally under mild water stress.
