天然纤维织物湿舒适性能的相关性分析 被引量:2

The correlation analysis on moisture comfort property of natural fiber fabrics

摘要 选取棉、毛、丝、麻4类织物,分别对其厚度、面密度、透气性、吸湿性、透湿性、芯吸性进行测试,得到所需的试验数据;通过SPSS数据分析软件分析试验数据,得出结论:天然纤维织物的厚度、面密度均与织物吸湿性、透湿性、芯吸性呈负相关;天然纤维织物的透气性与织物吸湿性、透湿性、芯吸性呈正相关;天然纤维织物湿舒适性能与织物透气性之间的关系最为密切。 Four kinds of natural fiber fabrics-cotton,wool,silk and hemp were chosen,and their thickness,surface density,air permeability,moisture absorption,moisture permeability as well as core absorption effect were tested,and the required experiment data were obtained. It could be concluded by using the SPSS data analysis software to analyze the experiment data that the thickness,surface density of the nature fiber fabrics had negative correlation with the moisture absorption,moisture permeability,core absorption effect. The air permeability had positive correlation with the moisture absorption,moisture permeability,core absorption effect. The air permeability had the most closely correlation with the moisture comfort property of the nature fiber fabrics.
