摘要
中国石油大学文理综合楼地基下部为滨海湖相沉积的软弱土层,含水率高,抗压及抗剪强度低;上部回填土层土质疏松、密实度低。经选择采用强夯结合塑料排水板的处理方案,取得了承载力大幅提高、工期缩短、造价降低等良好效果。
The foundation of arts and science general building in China University of Petroleum is soft stratum made of sediment of binhai lake. Such stratum has high water content and low pressure resistance and shearing strength; the upper backfilling layer is of loose earth. After comparison among various technique, strong tamping plus plastic drain board technique is adopted and many favorable effects are realized, such as obvious improvement of bearing capacity, short construction period and low cost, etc.
