干旱胁迫对13种优良鸢尾属植物的生理影响 被引量:7

摘要 为利用我国丰富的鸢尾种质资源,给园林绿化提供优良抗旱的鸢尾属植物品种。试验以鸢尾属植物叶片相对含水量、叶片持水力、叶绿素含量及过氧化物酶活性等生理指标,对13个优良鸢尾品种在干旱胁迫下的生理响应进行了研究。结果表明,随着处理时间的延长,鸢尾属植物品种离体叶片质量呈持续下降趋势,其中,经过102 h自然失水,紫花鸢尾叶片持水力下降幅度最少,马蔺降低幅度最大,紫花鸢尾叶片持水力是马蔺的3倍左右;参试的鸢尾品种在受到干旱胁迫时,叶绿素含量变化趋势多数品种表现为先上升后下降,其中,黄褐鸢尾、马蔺在胁迫45 d时叶绿素含量达到最低,古铜红和矮梦2个鸢尾品种叶绿素含量呈上升趋势,而白萼鸢尾、德国鸢尾在受到干旱胁迫时,叶绿素含量则表现为先降低后升高;随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,各鸢尾品种叶片相对含水量都呈现下降趋势,在45 d时达到最低,其中,马蔺、德国鸢尾叶片相对含水量保持持续下降,紫辉、血石、矮梦、紫花、金娃娃在胁迫中期叶片相对含水量均有所回升,黄褐、黄菖蒲、古铜红、惊险叶片相对含水量在胁迫后期下降幅度相对较大;在干旱胁迫下,鸢尾属植物POD活性呈上升或先上升后下降的趋势,表现出较高的耐旱能力,参试的13个鸢尾品种抗旱性大小顺序依次为:蓝蝴蝶>紫花鸢尾>血石鸢尾>黄褐鸢尾>德国鸢尾>惊险鸢尾>金娃娃鸢尾>古铜红鸢尾>矮梦鸢尾>紫辉鸢尾>马蔺>白萼鸢尾>黄菖蒲。综合试验基地植株的适应性和观赏性,蓝蝴蝶、紫花鸢尾、黄褐鸢尾、惊险鸢尾、金娃娃鸢尾、古铜红鸢尾、白萼鸢尾、黄菖蒲8个鸢尾属植物品种,可供缺水地区生产实践中使用,以解决园林建设和水资源有限二者之间的矛盾。 In order to use rich Iris germplasm resources in our country to provide landscaping with Iris of drought resistance, the physiological response of 13 varieties of Iris under drought stress were studied by leaf relative water content, leaf water-holding ability, chlorophyll content and peroxidase activity of physiological indicators. The resuhs showed that: As the extension of time, vitro leaf weight of Iris showed a declining trend. After natural water lost for 102 h, blade weight of Iris purple reduced least, Iris ensata thunb had maximum reduction, both were nearly three times; Chlorophyll content of most Iris varieties under drought stress showed the tendency of rising first reducing later. The chlorophyll content of Iris russet, Iris ensata thunb reached minimum when they were stressed for 45 d. Chlorophyll content oflris terracotta red and Iris Aimeng was on a rising tendency. Chlorophyll content of Iris Bale and Iris germanica under drought stress was reducing flint rising later; With the increase of drought time RWC of Iris varieties showed falling trends, and achieved a minimum in 45 d. RWC of Iris ensata thunb and h'is germanica kept falling. RWC of Iris Zihui, Iris blood stone, Iris Aimeng, Iris purple and Iris Jinwawa was recovered in medium-term stress. RWC of Iris russet, Iris pseudacnrus, Iris terracotta red and Iris Jingxian decreased large in the late stress period; POD activity of Iris under drought stress was on the rise or decline after rising first, Iris showed high drought resistance capability; The order on drought resistance capacity of 13 varieties of Iris was Iris tectorum, Iris purple,Iris blood stone, Iris russet, Iris germanica, Iris Jingxian, Iris Jinwawa, Iris terracotta red, Iris Aimeng, Iris Zihui, Iris ensata thunb, Iris Bale, Iris pseudacorus.
