摘要
汽车怠速性能对整车的品质有很大影响,如何评价怠速控制系统的标定性能十分重要。本文通过大量试验总结出怠速标定性能的评价项目与评价方法。通过采集发动机怠速时对车辆、乘员和环境有重要影响的噪音、发动机转速、油耗和排放特性数据,进行怠速稳定性、行车怠速性能、排放性能及水温特性分析和全面评估,更加客观地评价车辆怠速性能是否满足应用要求。该方法避免了主观评价怠速性能的缺点,对提升整车品质有很好的促进作用。
Performance of idle for a vehicle is a great issue to influence vehicle quality. How to evaluate the performance of idle for control system calibration is very important. This paper summed idling calibration performance evaluation items and methods based on a large number of experiments. Some engine idling key characteristics data, which were very important for a vehicle, and crew and envi- ronment protection, were collected. Based on the analysis of these data, noise, idle speed, the idle stability, rolling idle performace the emissions performance, and the water temperature compensation were evaluated. With this method, the engine idle performance evalua- tions were made more objectively, and the shortcomings of the subjective evaluation process can be avoided. The work described in this paper was part of work to enhance vehicles quality.
