摘要
目的观察了天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病人血压及纤维蛋白原的疗效,并初步探讨了其作用机理。方法临床共收治90例患者,治疗组48例,对照组42例。观察治疗前后血压及纤维蛋白原的变化。结果两组血压控制疗效总有效率经统计学分析,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论天麻钩藤饮有肯定的降压和控制纤维蛋白原的效应。其作用机制可能与降低高血压患者收缩血管物质ET水平和提高舒张血管物质NO水平,改善血管收缩和舒张失衡状态有关。
Objective To observe the effeets of Tianma Gouteng decoction in treatment with hypertensive disease of liver yang hyperactivity blood pressure and fibrinogeno and to probe the mechanism action.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,48 case for treatment group and 42 cases for control group.The changes of blood pressure and fibrinogeno would be compared.Results The results of 2 groups had no obviously difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Tianma Gouteng decoction could control blood pressure and fibrinogen.
