摘要 目的 构建适应护生个性发展的实习管理方式.方法 2008年开始,从建立围实习期护生个性发展指导中心、探索适合护生个性化发展的实习基地及构建适应护生个性发展的实习过程管理工作机制3个模块入手,对护生实施基于个性发展的实习管理.结果 2008~2012届毕业生护士执业考试平均通过率为99.2%;用人单位对毕业生总体评价优秀率为55.6%、良好率为44.4%;38.4%护生对目前工作满意,59.6%基本满意.以上结果高于2008年对2005~2007届毕业生的抽样调查结果.结论 基于个性发展的实习管理方式可提高实习管理质量,促进护生个性发展. Objective To build up an internship management mode tailored to personality development of nursing students. Methods Since 2008, we have established a personality development center for nursing students, explored practice bases suitable for students' personality growth, and constructed an internship process control mechanism. Results The average passing rate of nurse licensing examination from 2008 to 2012 among nursing students stood at 99.20//00; 55.6% of emlopyers gave an outstanding rating to the students, and 44.4% gave a good rating;currently, 38.4% of the students were fairly satisfied with their jobs, and 59.6% were satisfied. These results were higher than survey results of 2005--2007. Conclusion Internship management mode based on per- sonality development of nursing students could improve the quality of internship management, and promote personality deve- lopment of the students.
