摘要 铜矿湿法厂的酸性污水含有大量的铜离子和铁离子.实验表明,每1 000 mL改进型SBR池出水添加酸性含铜污水4.50 mL能获得较佳絮凝效果;每1 000 mL初沉池出水添加酸性含铜污水8.0 mL能获得最佳絮凝效果.CODcr去除率最高为47.86%,总P去除率最高为90.0%.去除效果:总P>CODcr>NH3-N.酸性含铜污水在污水处理应用中,不会带来重金属污染. The acid wastewater from copper hydrometallurgy factories contains a lot of copper and iron ions. It is worthwhile to make it harmless, usable and valuable. This experiment shows that adding 4. 5 mL acid - copper - containing wastewater in per 1 000 mL effluent from the improved SBR tank can achieve the best floceulation effect ; and adding 8.0 mL acid - copper - containing wastewater per 1 000 mL effluent from the primary sedimenta- tion tank can achieve the best flocculation effect. The highest removal rate of COD is 47.86% and the total P is 90. 0%. The removal effects are the following : the total P 〉 CODcr 〉 NH3 - N. The application of acid - copper - containing wastewater treatment will not bring about any heavy - metal pollution. As a flocculant, it can be used not only in the beginning but also at the end of wastewater treatments.
