摘要
沥青摊铺机在起步过程中存在着压力冲击,影响路面的摊铺质量。为了提高摊铺机的作业质量,减小压力冲击,采用AMESim仿真软件,分析了起步时间、不同控制方法对行走系统的影响,得到系统压力的关系式,为以后的起步过程研究提供一个参考。
Asphalt paver in starting process exists the pressure impact, affecting pavement paving quality. In order to improve paver operation quality, reduce the pressure impact, the use of AMESim simulation software, analysis of the starting time, different control methods on walking system effect, system pressure relationship type, after the starting process of provide a reference.
