摘要
目的:优选桂黄降脂颗粒的最佳水提工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以水提物的干浸膏重量、有机酸、丹参素钠和橙皮苷的含量为综合评分指标,多指标成分优选桂黄降脂颗粒的最佳水提工艺。结果:桂黄降脂颗粒最佳水提取工艺为:浸泡30min,加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1h。结论:该提取工艺客观可行,稳定合理,可为工艺生产提供理论依据。
Objective:To select the best water extraction technology of Guihuang Jiangzhi Granule.Methods:The orthogonal test method was used to take the dry exactum weight of water extract,organic acids,sodium Danshensu and hesperidin contents as its composite score index to select the best water extraction technology of Guihuang Jiangzhi Granule.Results:The best water extraction technology of Guihuang Jiangzhi Granule was to soak for 30minutes,put in 8times water and boil for 3times,1hour each time.Conclusion:The extraction technology is objective,feasible,stable and reasonable,and can provide a theoretical basis for its production.
