摘要
通过正交试验研究了不同原料配比对磷建筑石膏墙体灌浆料性能的影响,得到的最佳配比为:粉煤灰10%,生石灰3%,柠檬酸钠0.1%,减水剂0.6%以及水膏比为0.46。其2h抗折强度2.52MPa,2h抗压强度7.75MPa,初凝时间14min,终凝时间21min,流动度208mm,满足现场石膏浇注的施工工艺要求以及非承重墙体强度的技术指标。最后对其放射性进行了进一步分析。
Through the orthogonal experiment, the effects of different materials proportions on grouting material per-formance of walls prepared by phosphorus building gypsum are studied, and the best proportion is obtained with fly ash 10%, lime 3%, sodium citrate 0.1%, water reducer 0.6% and the ratio of water to phosphorus building gypsum 0.46. The performance parameters of the best proportion are as follows: 2h flexural strength 2.52MPa, 2h compressive strength 7.75MPa, initial setting time 14 min, final setting time 21 min, and fluidity 208mm, which can conform to the technical requirements of construction process of gypsum pouring on site as well as the strength of the non-bearing walls. Finally, the radioactivity of grouting material is analyzed further.
