基于DSP的电动机控制系统电磁兼容设计

摘要 根据电磁兼容(EMC)设计的基本原则,在应用数字信号处理器(DSP)基础上,减弱电磁干扰(EMI)影响,实现控制系统对电动机的稳定控制,从硬件和软件两方面进行考虑,提出关于电动机控制系统EMC设计的具体方法。为消除控制系统中各模块间互扰,减弱系统内信号传输线路间的影响,针对控制系统中电磁干扰产生来源和传播途径,设计了四层控制电路板结构。运用滤波、接地和屏蔽等硬件抗干扰技术以及数字滤波、软件陷阱等软件抗干扰技术,使得电动机控制系统达到了EMC标准。实验结果表明,运用该EMC设计的直流无刷电动机在运行过程中故障率低,控制系统内部程序运行稳定。 According to the principle of EMC design,based on the application of DSP,to reduce the EMI,to realize the stable control of the motor control system,considering from both aspects of hardware and software,this passage puts forward an concrete method of EMC design of motor control system.In order to eliminate mutual interference between the various modules of the control system and weaken the impact between the signal transmission lines within the system,designed the four layer structure of control circuit board.Using Hardware anti-jamming technology such as filtering,grounding and shielding,and software anti-jamming technologies such as digital filter and software trap,the motor control system meet the EMC standard.The experimental results show that the brushless DC motor using this EMC design have lower failure rate,program runs stable in the internal of the control system.
