摘要
利用报废的箱式电阻炉的钢结构壳体,根据电阻炉的设计理论进行计算与校核,对加热元件、热电偶、炉底板进行改型设计。通过使用表明,改造后的中高温电阻炉运转性能良好。
The retrofit design is conducted to the heating elements, thermocouple, health plates by using the steel structural shell of the scrapped box resistance furnace, with the calculation and verification according to the furnace design theory. The utility in the industry production process shows that the revised medium-high temperature resistance furnace has a quite well operating performance.
