摘要 介绍了中国石油大连石化分公司催化、蒸馏装置低温热水系统的供热和取热用户的热水量、温度、热负荷分配和系统运行现状,分析了低温热媒水系统存在的问题,包括夏季热负荷过剩、热输出管道负荷不足、热量利用不均衡以及余热利用仍有潜力等。提出了优化热媒水利用和运行的改造措施,包括优化蒸馏和中水装置热联合利用、回收余热供油罐维温和家属区采暖、回收凝结水余热、随热用户变化及时扩容并改造热水系统等。提出了热媒水系统增设漏油监测仪表和除油措施,解决换热设备泄漏造成热水系统含油问题,确保安全平稳运行。改造后,有效回收了装置低温余热资源,年节约蒸汽336 kt,取得了较好的经济效益。 The amount of heating water, temperature, thermal load distribution and operation of the low- temperature heating water system of FCC and distillation units in PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company are introduced. The existing problems of low-temperature heating water system are studied. The main problems are the excessive heat load in summer, insufficient heat load of heat export pipelines, unbalance of heat utilization and potential waste heat utilization. Improvement measures for optimization of heating medium water utilization and operation are presented, including the optimization of heat integration between the distillation unit and the water recovery system and heat utilization, the recovery of waste heat to supply for tank heating and household heating, the recovery of waste heat from condensate water, expansion and revamping of heating wa- ter system based upon the variations of heat users, etc. To solve the problems of oil in heating water from leaking of heat exchange equipment, the installation of oil leaking detection instrument and deoiling facilities for heating water system is recommended to ensure the safe and stable operation. The Implementation of these measures has efficiently recovered the waste heat from the unit and good economic benefits have been achieved.
