摘要
江苏是新生代农民工的主要聚集地区之一。作为工业化和城镇化进程中的特殊群体,新生代农民工的精神文明建设状况不容乐观。新的历史条件下,要站在实现更高水平小康社会的高度,将新生代农民工精神文明建设与社会主义核心价值体系建设、与公共文化服务体系构建、与企业文化建设、与社会管理创新相结合,齐心协力、互相配合,构建"政府主导、企业共建、社会参与"的新生代农民工精神文明建设新格局。
Jiangsu Province is one of the main gathering areas of the modern migrant workers. As a special group in the process of industrialization and urbanization, the status in their development of cultural and ideological progress is not optimistic. Under the new historical conditions, it is essential to do the following： aim at the higher level of a well-off society; combine such progress of this new generation of the workers with the development of socialist core value system, public cultural service system and enterprise culture as well as the innovation of social management; make concerted efforts and cooperate with each other, structure a new pattern for promoting their progress as ＂government-leading, enterprises cooperating with joint efforts and social participation＂.
