摘要
伴随着世界竞技体育竞争更加残酷,高精尖人才争夺更加激烈,以及训练理论方法的不断创新和竞技体育职业化进程的逐步加快,军队竞技体育建设发展面临着前所未有的新情况、新问题和新挑战。通过文献资料、专家访谈、历史研究以及数理统计等研究方法,分析了军队竞技体育是军队体育,乃至国家体育的重要组成部分,对于提升部队战斗力,增强部队文化软实力,活跃部队文化生活具有重要的作用。认为军队竞技体育存在队伍职业化程度低、自我发展能力弱、人才梯队建设基础薄弱、经费投入不足、队伍保障欠缺等竞争劣势。提出新形势下军队竞技体育的发展战略构想和操作路径,为促进军队竞技体育的全面、健康、可持续发展提供理论和实践依据。
As the competition in the world competitive sports becomes crueler, contest for high-quality talents be-comes fiercer, training methods turn more creative and the professionalization process of competitive sports goes quicker, building up army competitive sports is now facing unprecedented new conditions, problems and challen- ges. This essay has employed methods of literature review, expert interview, historical research and mathematical statistics, leading to the results that army competitive sports are important component for army sports and even for national sports. It plays a significant role in promoting the battling ability of the army, increase the soft power of army culture and activate the cultural life in the army. This essay holds that disadvantages exist in army competi-tive sports such as low professionalization, weak ability for self-development, weak foundation of talents pool building, scarcity of funds, lack of team guarantee. Proposing strategic conceptions and operation methods for ar-my competitive sports under new circumstances provides a theoretical and practical foundation for the comprehen-sive, healthy and sustainable development of army competitive sports.
