摘要
以战略性新兴产业中的集成电路设计公司为例,将知识产权保护的协同合作机制归纳为:新产品上市前专利检索与分析的协同合作、公司知识产权被侵害时的协同合作、公司自身或客户被起诉知识产权侵权情况的协同合作3个紧密联系的部分,并对集成电路设计公司的知识产权保护协同合作机制的实现保障进行了探讨。
In strategic emerging industries in integrated circuit design company, for example, will the protection of in- tellectual property rights of cooperation mechanism is summarized as ： new products listed before the patent retrieval and a- nalysis of the cooperation and collaboration company intellectual property rights are infringed upon, the company itself or the client is against intellectual property infringement case of collaborative closely linked to the~ three parts, and the integrat- ed circuit design company＇ s intellectual property rights （ipr） protection cooperation mechanism for the implementation of the protection are discussed in this paper.
