摘要
青少年校外教育是实施素质教育的重要途径,对塑造青少年的思想品德和人格,培养创新意识和实践能力等方面都有着不可或缺的重要作用。针对当前存在的认识缺位、校内外教育衔接断位、校外教育机构建设管理错位、队伍建设不到位的问题与困境,青少年校外教育应实现管理与运作模式、活动整合和项目管理水平、师资队伍建设等方面的转型。
Social practical education is an important approach to carry out quality education, shape moral character and personal- ity, cultivate the innovation consciousness and practice ability. Aiming at the current problems and predicament, social practical education for adolescent should realize transformation in management and operation pattern, integration of activities and the level of project management, the construction of teaching staff.
