摘要
针对攀钢冷轧厂酸轧机组的联机活套张力波动较大,频繁发生带钢跑偏,限制套量生产,严重影响机组生产的情况,对活套张力控制系统进行了研究。阐述了活套张力设定及动态转矩补偿算法并给出了相关的计算公式;通过对活套张力控制环节采用最优修正值限幅和速差力矩补偿进行优化后,解决了活套张力波动大、带钢跑偏的问题,满足了机组生产对联机活套张力及套量的要求。
Concerning the fluctuation of accumulator tension and frequent deviation of strip in Pan' gang Cold Rolling Mill Factory's PL-TCM, which limited the set quantity production and badly affected production of the unit, a re- search has been made on the accumulator tension control system. It states the accumulator static tension setting and dynamic torque compensation algorithms. Besides, the relevant calculation formula is also provided. Through opti- mization by adopting correction limiting and speed difference torque compensation in the step of accumulator tension control, the problems such as the fluctuation of accumulator tension and deviation of strip are solved, which meets the requirements of accumulator tension and the set quantity for production process.
