摘要
本文的目的在于获得含有(±45°)和(0/90°)铺层的平面编织复合材料弹性模量和破坏强度的预测方法。分别取(±45°)和(0/90°)两种铺层方向的试样做拉伸试验,获得这两种铺层方向的弹性模量、破坏强度和最大应变等力学性能数据。利用本文提供的公式获得不同铺层比例的层合板的弹性模量和破坏强度。该结果与试验结果、层合板理论计算结果进行了对比,都比较吻合。与经典层合板理论计算结果相比,该方法需要输入的数据少,方法简单,考虑到实际工艺情况,可以代替经典的层合板理论应用到初步设计中。
The aim of the paper is to establish a simple approach to predict the elastic modulus and tensile strength of the plain woven composite lay up in the orientations of ~ 45° and 0/90°. Through testing the lamina of ± 45°orientation and lamina of 0/90°orientation, the mechanic performance data concerning the material properties, such as the elastic modulus, the tensile strength and maximum strain were obtained. Through the formula proposed in this paper, the elastic modulus and tensile strength of lamina lay up in the orientations of ±45° and 0/90° will be obtained. The results basically agree with those from testing and those computed by classical lamination theory. Comparing with CLT, the approach, asking for fewer data, is simpler, and can be applied to the preliminary design.
