摘要
以 4年生杜仲幼树枝条为材料 ,用 PEG6 0 0 0处理法研究了水分胁迫条件下 3种优良无性系有关生理指标变化及其与抗旱性的关系 ,结果表明 :随胁迫时间延长及胁迫程度加重 ,MDA含量和 RP逐渐增大 ,但湘 11比灌 3和略 1的增幅小 ;SOD活性随胁迫程度加深而逐渐降低 ,在同等胁迫程度下 ,SOD活性先升高后降低 ;湘 11的 SOD活性最终降低至接近正常水平 ,而略 1降幅最大 ,远低于正常水平。表明湘 11的抗旱性高于灌 3和略
Various physiology indexes of 3 Eucommia clones and their relations with drought resistance were studied with branches of 4 year old tress treated with different water potential gradient solutions of PEG 6000. The results showed that the lengthening and deepening of water stress, the permeability of plasma membrane and content of MDA increased gradually, but the increase in Guan 3 and Lue 1 was higher than that in Xiang 11 (having a powerful resistance to draught);The activity of SOD decreased slowly with the deepening of water stress, while under the same grade of water stress, SOD activity increased at early stage and then decreased with the lengthening, and finally near normal level in resistance clone, but the enzymatic activity in Guan 3 and Lue 1 (having a inferior resistance to draught) decreased by a bigger margin and finally the activities were far lower than normal level.
