摘要
积极心理学是研究有助于发挥个体、群体和组织最佳状态或功能的环境和过程的一门科学。谈判组的工作模式尤其需要追求团队组织效益最大化。因此,作为广义谈判工作环境的一部分——危机谈判课程理应服务于团队组织效益最大化这个危机处置目标。根据两岸四地的教育训练资源和经验,我国公安机关设置危机谈判课程主要从普及型危机谈判课程、专业型危机谈判课程和复合型危机谈判课程三个层面进行。
Positive psychology is a science studying the environment and process helping individuals, groups and organizations to function best. In particular, negotiating team needs to maximize the organizational effectiveness. Therefore, as part of broader negotiation working conditions negotiation team member training should serve to maximize the organizational effectiveness of crisis management objective. Integrates the education and training resources in China's Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao,establishment of Policing Crisis Negotiation Training Course is made from the three aspects: the general negotiate or training course, business negotiator training course and plural negotiator training course.
