摘要
随着经济建设的发展和需要,对既有房屋进行必要装修和改建,但在装修和改建过程中的一系列问题却未引起参与各方及有关管理部门的高度重视,以致装修改建中的事故频频发生,给国家和人民生命财产带来损失,影响较大,本文结合其存在的一系列问题,提出对策和建议,以引起从业人员对既有房屋装修改建问题的重视。
Along with the development and requirement of economic construction, the existing house need decoration and rebuild. But some problems appeared in the decoration and rebuild not bring serious attention by participate parties and management department, so as to the accidents occurred frequently during decoration and rebuild, lead the loss of national property and people＇s life, and have larger influence. The measure and suggestion was proposed for these problems in the paper, so as to make us attention for existing house decoration and trbuild.
