摘要
利用实验和数值模拟方法得出了磷石膏地聚合物强度规律的数学模型,由优化配比实验分析了磷石膏及胶凝材料的理化特性,得出了其最优配比.通过对单轴抗压强度进行模拟分析,得出了活性率Kα值与SiO2-Al2O3的三元相图,并结合数学因子分析方法,建立了地聚合物的强度数学因子模型,定量得出了外加剂、灰砂比、水灰比对强度的影响值;通过对地聚合物的水化机理进行定性分析,推导得出了强度与其各组分体积和密度之间的线性关系,并结合两种地聚合物体系进行对比分析验证,从而构建出磷石膏基地聚合物强度规律数学模型,为实验研究和工业应用奠定理论基础.
It is one of the central issues of today's research to study the compressive strength of phosphogypsum consolidation materials(PCM) qualitatively and quantitatively.In this paper,both experimental and numerical simulation methods were obtained to find the mathematical model about the compressive strength law of PCM.Using of the ratio experiments,we analyze the physical and chemical characteristics of phosphogypsum and cementitious materials and obtain the optimal ratio.Then by means of simulation analyzing on the uniaxial compressive strength,we conclude the ternary phase diagram about Kα-values and SiO2-Al2O3,and build a mathematical factor analysis model of PCM which quantitatively draws the effect on the strength among admixtures,gray sand ratios,and water cement ratios with the mathematical factor analysis methods.In the end,through the PCM's hydration mechanism qualitative analysis,we deduce the linear relationship between strength and its respective components volume and density,at the same time combine two different PCM's systems for the comparative analysis to establish a compressive strength law mathematical model in order to lay a theoretical foundation for experiments and industrial applications.
