Vitapex糊剂与甲醛甲酚在根管消毒中的疗效比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过对Vitapex糊剂、甲醛甲酚(FC)在根管消毒中的应用比较,评价Vitapex糊剂的临床疗效。方法:随机选取176颗根尖周炎初诊患牙,并随机分为两组,根管预备后分别封入Vitapex糊剂或FC,评价其疗效。结果:Vitapex糊剂总有效率97.7%;FC总有效率87.5%,经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:Vitapex糊剂用于根管消毒效果优于甲醛甲酚。
