摘要
从圆柱坐标系下各向异性媒质中的麦克斯韦方程出发,对对称模的去耦纵向场方程进行变换求解,推导出各向异性媒质填充的圆波导的对称模特征方程。借助于合流超几何函数的渐近展开公式,对对称模的传播常数进行了数值求解。
Beginning with the Maxwell's equations of the anisotropic medium in the circu-lar cylindrical coordinate,this paper obtains the characteristic equation for the symmetricmodes in the circular waveguide filled with the anisotropic material in terms of theconfluent hypergeometric function(CHF).With the help of the asymptotic expansion for theCHF,the simplized characteristic equation for the TM_(on) modes is derived,and some calcula-tion results are given.
