摘要
介绍了条码扫描技术在某电力柜存储系统中的应用。针对升降横移式立体仓库的信息化管理需求,开发了一种基于条码描扫技术的仓库管理系统,将无线数据采集与固定条码扫描相结合,并将物料、托盘信息与仓库管理系统数据库关联,从而实现自动组盘、解盘操作。实践表明,条码扫描技术推动了物流管理的精细化和信息化水平提升。
In this paper, we introduced the application of the bar-cede scanning technology in a certain electricity cabinet storage system. In view of the demand for IT-based management by the elevatory laterally-moving stereoscopic warehouses, we developed a warehouse management system based on bar-cede scanning technology, combined wireless data gathering and fixed bar-code scanning and correlated the information of materials and pallets with the database of the warehouse management system to realize automatic pallet-packing and pallet-unpacking.
