摘要
针对甘肃某红柱石矿进行了工艺矿物学及浮选工艺研究。结果表明,采用脱泥-酸性浮选-强磁选选矿工艺流程,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占70%条件下,最终获得红柱石精矿产率12.22%,红柱石矿物含量92.11%、Al2O3含量55.33%、Fe2O3含量0.73%。
Study on the mineralogy and the flotation technology ofandalusite ore of Gansu province is described in the main. The results showed that an andalusite concentrate yield 12.22%, containing 92.11% andalusite, 55.33% Al2O3 and 0.73% Fe2O3 can be obtained by the application of the flowsheet of desliming-flotation in acid medium-high intensity magnetic separation at a grinding fineness of-0.074 mm covering 70%.
