摘要
以上海地铁某型空气弹簧胶囊为研究对象,提出了一种基于Abaqus+Simpack+Fe-safe虚拟联合仿真试验平台的复合橡胶材料疲劳寿命评估方法。通过该虚拟仿真模拟技术,实现了空气弹簧的疲劳寿命评估和损伤原因分析。本方法的研究对合理确定空气弹簧检修周期、节约维修成本具有一定意义,同时该方法对研究具备多物理场耦合特性的复杂橡胶零部件疲劳特性具有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, a certain type of rubber capsule of the air spring system used by Shanghai metro is taken as the research target, an evaluation method of the fatigue lifetime of compound rubber material is provided on the base of Abaqus + Simpack ~ Fesafe Platform. The purpose of evaluating the lifetime of air spring system and analyzing the in- jury causes is realized by using the fatigue simulation technol- ogy, this evaluation method has great significance for determining the vehicle repair cycle and cost reasonably, it also has an important reference value for finding the fatigue features of the rubber components as well, which have complex and multi-physical coupling characteristics.
