摘要
对欧洲各国轨道交通车辆防火标准及即将出台的欧盟统一标准EN 45545进行了系统的阐述和比较,并介绍了国内防火标准制定的现状。在此基础上,提出了在国内建立统一的轨道交通车辆防火标准及测试机构的设想和建议。
The forthcoming EU standardEN 45545 and the standards of European Countries in the preventative fire- protection of rail transit vehicles are systematically de- scribed, the status quo of the fire safety standards formula- ted in China is introduced. On this basis, the unified stan- dardsfor rail transit vehicle safety and the testing agencies to be set up in China are proposed.
