摘要
目的 了解新入职护士职业价值取向及其特点,为医院开展护士的职业生涯教育和管理提供依据.方法 采用护士职业价值观量表及护士职业价值观影响因素问卷对南京市高淳县人民医院新入职的108名护士进行调查.结果 新入职护士职业价值观各条目的均分值为3.111 ~4.111分.四个维度得分从高到低排序依次为:信任(3.957±0.549)分,责任、自由、安全(3.715±0.525)分,照顾提供(3.693±0.477)分,行动主义得分最低,为(3.509±0.559)分.新入职护士的生源和父母受教育程度是影响护士职业价值观的主要因素(P<0.05).结论 新入职护士总体职业价值观中立偏积极,护理管理者应有针对性地做好年轻护士的职业生涯规划指导和教育.
Objective To explore career values of newly employed nurses and their characteristics in order to provide basis for career training and education by hospital management.Methods One hundred and eight newly employed nurses were surveyed by the nurse career values scale and the nurse career values influencing factors questionnaire in Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital.Results The average point for items in career values scale was 3.111-4.111.Among all the dimensions,the highest point of (3.957 ± 0.549) was observed in trust,followed by the responsibility,freedom,security (3.715 ±0.525) and provision of support (3.693 ± 0.477).The lowest point of (3.509 ± 0.559) was found in activism.The education location of newly employed nurses and education level of their parents are the main influencing factors on their career values (P <0.05).Conclusions The career values of newly employed nurses are overall neutral towards active,nursing managers should take corresponding actions to guide and educate newly employed nurses to prepare them for their future career.
