摘要
近年来 ,随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入 ,学术界关于技术创新问题的研究成果便与日俱增。然而 ,究竟应当怎样给技术创新定义 ,其内涵和外延又包括哪些 ,学术界却众说纷纭。为进一步活跃学术气氛 ,这里将就有关观点做一综述。
In recent years, with the increasing deepening of our economic system reform, there are more and more new research achievements about technological innovation in academic circles. However, in order to exact definition of technological innovation, its intension and extension, different people have different opinions. In order to active academic research atmosphere, I*sd like to summarize some related opinions in this article.
