摘要
目的：提高巨淋巴结增生症的认识水平。方法：通过２例经手术及病理证实的巨淋巴结增生症的病例分析，结合文献复习，对本病的病因、临床表现、病理、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗及预后进行讨论。结果：巨淋巴结增生症是一种异源性的罕见的淋巴组织增生性良性疾病。其组织形态上可分为透明血管型和浆细胞型两类，前者常表现为纵隔病变，后者好发于肠系膜和腹膜后淋巴结。结论：该病为少见病，病因尚不明确，患者多无病状。
Objective: To review the diagnosis and treatment of giant lymph node hyperplasia (GLNH). Method:Two cases of GLNH confirmed by surgery and pathology were presented and relevant literatures were reviewed, its aetiology, clinical presentation, pathology, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis were reviewed. Result: GLNH is a heterogeneous, uncommon lymphoproliferative benign disorder. GLNH is classified into hyaline-vascular (HV) and plasma-cell (PC) subtypes by histomorphologic criteria. The HV GLNH is commonly mediastinal lesion. The PC GLNH often involves mesenteric and retroperitoneal lymph nodes. Conclusion: GLNH is rare. The aetiology is unknown, most patients were asymptomatic, surgical resection is the first choice, the prognosis is good.
