摘要
为了进一步改进铸造生产线供料站自动化程度,应用PLC控制完成自动化设计,对供料站中送料、加工、装配、输送、分拣等5个工作单元进行PLC配置设计,应用AC 380V/220V三相五线制电源进行供电系统设计。设计的铸造生产线供料站系统可以提高工作效率,实现全面自动化。
In order to further improve the automation degree of casting line for material station, the automation design of feeding workstation was completed using PLC control, the configuration design of five work units in the feeding workstation was completed using PLC control, including feeding, processing, assembly, conveying and sorting, the power system design with three-phase five line system power of AC 380V/220V was completed. The designed feeding station system of casting production line can improve work efficiency, achieve full automation.
