摘要
将自行设计的分散混合法流变制浆技术与压铸技术相结合,对Al-6.6Si铝合金进行流变压铸成型试验。结果表明:半固态流变压铸工艺与传统液态斥铸工艺有很大不同,在压射压力40MPa,压射速度2.0m/s,压射室和模具预热温度200℃,半固态浆料温度控制在610~615℃时,可以得到充型完好、组织均匀的水泵盖压铸件,压铸件的抗托强度和断后伸长率分别比液态压铸提高15%和50%。
Combining the MSMT method with die-casting, the rhecasting forming process for A1-6.6Si aluminum alloy was investigated. The results show that there is a great difference between semisolid rhecasting and traditional die-casting, the pump lid parts with well filled shape and uniform microstructures can be achieved with injection pressure of 40 MPa, injection speed of 2.0 m/s, injection chamber and mould temperature of 200 ℃, semisolid slurry temperature of 610-615 ℃, and the tensile strength and elongation of the pump lid parts is increased by 15% and 50%, respectively compared with the liquid casing ones.
