摘要
研究了不同退火温度和应力—应变循环次数对Ti-Ni-Cr形状记忆合金超弹性的影响。通过实验,采集了在退火温度和应力—应变循环次数共同作用下的Ti-Ni-Cr合金的残余应变和能耗值,采用BP神经网络方法,对其进行了分析预测。预测结果表明,使用BP神经网络方法,能够很好的预测Ti-Ni-Cr合金的超弹性。
The superelasticity of Ti-Ni-Cr shape memory alloy at different annealing temperature and stress-strain cycles was studied. The residual strain and energy consumption of Ti-Ni-Cr shape memory alloy were Sammelned under joint action between annealing temperature and stress-strain cycles, and which were analyzed and predicted using the principle of BP neural network. The results show that using BP neural network can well predict the superelasticity of Ti-Ni-Cr shape memory alloy.
