碳酸氢钠预防造影剂肾病疗效的Meta分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的评价碳酸氢钠预防造影剂肾病(CIN)是否优于氯化钠。方法采用循证医学系统评价方法,计算机检索PubMed、Medline、Google Scholar电子数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),收集碳酸氢钠预防CIN的相关文献。按纳入排除标准选择文献、质量评估、提取有效数据,采用STATA12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入17篇随机对照研究。Meta分析结果显示碳酸氢钠组CIN发生率显著低于氯化钠组(RR=0.614,95%CI 0.399~0.944,P=0.026),两组在肾替代疗法及死亡比例方面无统计学差异。结论与氯化钠相比,造影前使用碳酸氢钠可显著减少CIN发生率。
