摘要
对涡轮盘材料GH4169与国内自主研究的第二代单晶合金DD6进行了异种高温合金过渡液相扩散焊(TLP扩散)研究。采用局部加热方法进行焊接以避免焊接高温对高温合金母材组织性能的影响。以非晶态箔带状的BNi82CrSiB为中间层,采用1 070℃/30 min/25 MPa的规范进行了TLP扩散焊,获得了致密完整的接头。测试得到TLP扩散焊接头650℃下的抗拉强度达到426 MPa,断口特征为韧性断裂。
Joining of GH4169 used as the material of the turbine disk and DD6 superalloy,which is the second generation single crystal superalloy developed in China,was joined by transient liquid phase(TLP) diffusion bonding.To avoid the passive influence on microstructure and mechanical properties of superalloy base metal caused by high temperature during the bonding,local heating was used in experiment,and the width of the heating zone reached 10 cm.The fine and compact joint can be achieved on the TLP bonding condition of 10701C/30 min/25 MPa using the BNi82CrSiB film as interlayer.In addition,the tensile strength of the joint at 650t reaches 426 MPa.,and the fracture appearance presents tenacity fracture.
