摘要
目的 :观察五味子浸出液的防龋效果。方法 :体外试验观察五味子浸出液对变形链球菌生长、产酸、粘附的抑制情况 ;临床实验观察五味子液漱口对菌斑形成的影响。结果 :当五味子浸出液的浓度为 10 % (w v)时 ,变形链球菌的生长较对照组减少 6 5 .41% ;细菌粘附率下降 11.6 3 % ;pH值则升高 1.5 1。 5 0 % (w v)五味子液漱口 ,4h ,2 4h菌斑指数分别较对照组低 0 .47、0 .83。结论 :五味子浸出液有一定的防龋效果。
Objective:To observe the effect of SCE on anti-cariogenicity.Methods The laboratory method was used to test the inhibition of growth、 adherence and acid production of Streptoccus Mutans (S.Mutans) by using SCE.Reasults: In contrast with the control group when concentration of SCE is 10% (w/v). the growth rate of S.Mutans reduces 65.41%;adherence rate reduces 11.63%;pH rises 1.51 and PLI lower 0.47,0.83(50%w/v).Conclusion: SCE has some effect of anti-cariogenicity. [
