摘要
目的建立抗炎止痛口服液的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为制定其质量控制标准提供依据。方法用薄层色谱法对抗炎止痛口服液处方中的羌活、独活、肿节风、制川乌进行定性鉴别。结果在薄层色谱中均能检出羌活、独活、肿节风、制川乌药味的特征斑点。结论薄层色谱法简便可靠、专属性强、重现性好,可作为抗炎止痛口服液质量控制的鉴别方法。
Objective To establish a thin layer chromatography （TLC） identification method of Anti-inflamma- tory and Analgesia Oral Liquid in order to provide quality control standard for the product. Methods The TLC method had been established for qualitative identification of Notopterygii Rhizoma Et Radix, Angelicae Pubescentis Radix, Sar- candrae Herba and Radix Aconiti Preparata in prescription of Anti-inflammatory and Analgesia Oral Liquid. Results The character blotches of Notopterygii Rhizoma Et Radix, Angelicae Pubescentis Radix, Sarcandrae Herba and Aconiti Radix Cocta in prescription were detected by TLC. Conclusion The TLC identification method may be a simple, relia- ble and specific method with good reproducibility, which can be used as quality control identification method for Anti-in- flammatory and Analgesia Oral Liquid.
