对信息系统集成项目的控制和管理进行分析研究。首先分析计算机信息系统集成的基本内容、特点和方法,而后研究概括出计算机信息系统集成项目管理的重点内涵,包括进度管理、质量管理、技术和文档管理及用户关系管理,文末展望了信息系统集成项目管理的发展趋势。
With the rapid development of computer technology, the integrated project of computer information system become more and more complicated and scale is more and more ample. Traditional management has been unable to meet the needs of system integration projects. For the introduction of computer information system integra- tion project management has become a priority. Project management of computer information system integration be- comes a very important part of the modern enterprise system. This article makes an analysis about the control and management of the computer information system integration project.
